Where Cater 4 You Catering Port Elizabeth all Started …

Cater 4 You was started by experienced chef Dominique Blignault with a passion for good food. As a young boy Dominique was always intrigued by his grandmother’s cooking. At a young age he started to help his grandma in the kitchen and developed a great love.

The Love for cooking …

As he grew up he decided to make this passion his career and went to study Cheffing and Hotel Management through various streams. Whilst always staying involved in the kitchen, building up his practical skills. He developed a wide range of experience and decided to specialize in meat. After working internationally at various hotels as Assistant Head Chef, he decided to return home as family means the world to him. The experience Dominique gained only helped him with his career going forward. Being in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, the opportunities and availability to meat was endless.

Dominique started his own company, Cater4you Catering as soon as he could and now specializes in spitbraais. As the company grew started expanding so did the offerings and now offers Catering for all your needs, such as Canapes ,Weddings and spitbraais and all your needs for any events.

Cater 4 You specializes in Spitbraai of lamb and chicken and all other needs that surround catering for a spitbraai.
